Marketing Analyst

Job Summary

The Marketing Analyst will play a critical role in shaping OneAxiom’s demand generation strategy and optimizing the sales funnel to drive growth. This position requires a data-driven individual with a strong understanding of marketing analytics, lead generation, and conversion optimization. The ideal candidate will leverage insights from data to enhance campaign performance, improve customer acquisition, and maximize ROI across marketing channels.


Responsibilities

  • Demand Generation Analysis: Analyze and optimize demand generation campaigns across digital channels (e.g., email, social media, PPC, SEO, and content marketing) to drive high-quality leads.
  • Sales Funnel Optimization: Map and analyze the entire sales funnel, identifying bottlenecks, drop-off points, and opportunities to improve conversion rates at each stage (awareness, consideration, decision).
  • Driven Insights: Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) to track KPIs, measure campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to the marketing and sales teams.
  • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design and execute A/B tests for landing pages, email campaigns, and ad creatives to optimize conversion rates and improve lead quality.
  • Customer Segmentation: Develop and refine customer personas and segmentation strategies to target high-value prospects and personalize marketing efforts.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Create reports to monitor demand generation performance, funnel metrics, and ROI, presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and SOC team to align marketing strategies with business objectives and ensure seamless lead handoff processes.
  • Budget Optimization: Monitor and optimize marketing spend to maximize ROI, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, demand generation, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of optimizing sales funnels and driving measurable results in B2B or B2C environments.
  • Experience with demand generation strategies across multiple channels (e.g., paid ads, organic search, email marketing).
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO).
  • Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in reporting and analysis.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Experience in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with attribution modeling and multi-touch attribution.
  • Understanding SEO/SEM best practices and content marketing strategies.
